I agree. They should’ve done something else with the time and money they put into coding these demons.
Bwhahahaha!
Yeah, OP, it's not a tradition my Sims will be observing. But I guess it's good if you have a sim who needs to level their handiness.
Still, they are creepy!"luthienrising;c-16552410" wrote:

Why? People like seeing old Sims things back. Not everyone likes the same old Sims things. I detest the Tragic Clown but saw lots of happy people when it came back. I love the gnomes and am happy to see it back as more than a garden ornament. They're making a game for all Simmers, not just some.
Honestly I didn’t mind that gnomes was a lot trait because I could set it, let things break, and easily level up the handiness skill. I guess they could’ve made it so it was like a burglary where you see them walk through your door and trash the place, that could’ve been interesting.
Harvest Day is supposed to be like Thanksgiving right? Gnomes don’t come to mind when I think of Thanksgiving. It just seems out of place to be added as a tradition. I understand we can remove them but for them to be added in the first place is odd to me.
I was thinking that too. It bothers me.- OEII10017 years agoNew SpectatorThey're fantastic. It's almost like how they were in the original Sims game. My plan is to remove them from any preexisting holiday and instead make a specific Gnome Appeasement Day. Bend the knee or else.

Ohmygod- For some reason I like gnomes even though I’m known to hate havoc in my games (unless my sims are causing it) What I find scary is the gnome costume. It’s like it’s tiny eyes are staring into your soul....

I find the gnome costume kind of cute. I guess it just looks kind of cuddly and soft lol"Pamtastic72;c-16552403" wrote:
@06Bon06 it's just the gnomes from build buy. In the live stream I was the grumpy gnome, the gnome with the briefcase full of cash, and the streaker gnome with the pixelated cube around his nether regions.
Ahh okay, thanks ^^
And now they kinda act like the ones from sims 3?- OEII10017 years agoNew SpectatorThey're more like gnomes from Makin' Magic. If you had a gnome on your lot and cast the spell perfect garden it would come alive and destroy your garden. It was glorious.

Gnomes in The Sims have always caused some sort of havoc. >:)- Anmirla7 years agoSeasoned Vanguard

And kick your Sims in the shin! >:)
Drunk Gnomes! I loved it when they swam in the wine vat then got out and stumbled around. The sound effects were the best. :D Oh, how I miss that... - Hermitgirl7 years agoNew SpectatorI'm on the Gnome team also. They exist because not everyone likes things sugar and spice. I personally am not a big fan of random chaos but since you chose to have them come into your save game it's great. I plan to play them in ways where families can hate them and then some will work at appeasing them. This will probably only happen in one save game though. Might have to stick the clown picture in every home also just to spice it up more.
