Why can't children learn magic?

I'd worry - I have had a few devil kids in the game and would not put them past turning their mom into a frog and putting her in an aquarium or worse. Especially when their behavior gets them punished. It doesn't happen too often - but when it does makes me glad they can't use magic.
That actually sounds like fun.
I'd be worried with one of these kids. He's the type that breaks the doll house just because it is there and belongs to his sister.
Awe he sounds adorable. I'd probably have him keep fixing it once he became a teen. XD
