Why Can't We Place The Small Cabinets Where We Want, While Using The Cheats That Should Let You?

You all know those small half counters, that also have small cabinets to go with them, well why is it we can place all other cabinets in any place, any grid square, but NOT those little cabinets? I m...

I assume the ones you may be talking about are for outer wall corners. Its hard to explain. They fit around corners not in them if that makes sense.
Though I am probably wrong.

I noticed too that they don't seem to be able to be placed in corners.
