I use MOO to decorate and build, but I do play test to make sure that there are no routing or usability issues with the build. I also download the lot WITHOUT MOO to see if everything stays. That way if someone whose not familiar with the MOO cheat DLs the lot, it will STILL look like it's supposed to in the thumbnail or the pics. So my opinion is that as long as use of the MOO cheat doesn't affect playability or what the lot looks like without the cheat on when DL'ing, it's fine. I'd hate for someone to DL my build and find it unusable.
