MOO? as in the cheat bb.moveobjects?
i never use it. however occasionally i run across a situation in playtesting my lots where my sim gets stuck inside a bathroom and can't get out unless i reload the game, not sure that is related to it or a whole other unrelated matter?
aside from that, i usually build my lots to the functional aspect alone and worry about any clutter when the build is finished.
