I guess the bottom line for me is that one of the reasons I like The Sims, is that it is non-violent. I'm unable to enjoy other PC games because I don't find murder or violence "fun" and death is certainly not "fun" even in a game.
With this last dlc, more deaths were added. It seems like threads like this are giving credence to adding in more violence to the game.
