Why does everybody hate the idea of multiplayer in TS5?

The same reason I was advised by other gamer friends to never play ARK. Other people don't respect what your play style is, or the work you've put into making your game yours. They'll destroy it. It's like a kid pulling the wings off a butterfly. He doesn't understand the pain and hurt he inflicts, and finds it amusing. So if TS5 turns out to be multiplayer, then its the biggest no I'll ever give. I want to play my game my way without being terrorised by other players.
