Itthink lot traits were added in the patch for City living. I don't think they are exclusive to city living.
That's correct, but some of the lot traits themselves are exclusive to City Living afaik :)
True. I thought your post was about lot traits in general. But there are some exclusive to CL. Just a shame they are locked and not free to use or remove.
