Why is my sim being charged power on an off the grid home?

Did you actually have to pay that or was it deducted from your money? It looks to me that you're getting a refund of $116. I haven't played EL yet, so I'm not sure.

Oh wait... are you using generators? I saw a screenshot about that somewhere... let me look for it.
