Why is there a huge Penny Pizzazz on the side of a building - ie specifically why?

That background *could* update with a player's Sim though - it is feasible to do it.
It would be cool if a player's Sim could eventually make it onto the side of the building.
I agree, I think it would be really cool if they could make the billboards customizable. I mean, my sim was level 10 in the social media career and I can't even make a billboard to plaster his face everywhere. Unfair. :D
