On another note it never hurts to make attempts to make yourself some male CC. Seen many creators do so male and females alike. I like to think the majority of CC creators just kinda stick to what they know and what they want to see. Even Seen some male cc. creators do more female CC than male.
I found some great maxis match cc for males in hair and clothing as well as creators that do just male related cc, but there could always be more in the community. I guess male clothing isn't quite as extensive as females in terms of styles. Could also use even more male clothing in packs too since children and males do lack more in females and that's just always been a thing in all the Sims game.
Definitely don't use alpha CC for males because it looks pretty pasted on and just out of place.
