Why isn't The Real Estate Career or Landowners option not in Sims 4?

It still seems odd that Sims 4 doesn't feature a Real Estate agent (and/or Landowner) career. Considering homes and buildings play such a big role in the franchise. Though It does exist in Sims Freepl...

I think it is more because of the lot ownership system. You cannot buy up the entire map like 3, which I have always found a shame. I want to buy multiple homes, businesses, etc.

It is probably due for a large update at some point.
