Why The Sims Keeps Brewing De Stressing Concoction?

I wonder why the Sim keeps brewing de-stressing concoction when I never told them to do so? and also I did not give them any autonomy to do any actions on their own because I set the autonomy in game ...

I also had them do thing on their own when I set the autonomy off they always want to sit on a sofa or chair and do nothing else in the middle of the action I queued for em
