Why The Sims Keeps Brewing De Stressing Concoction?

I wonder why the Sim keeps brewing de-stressing concoction when I never told them to do so? and also I did not give them any autonomy to do any actions on their own because I set the autonomy in game ...

Neighbor sims always come to the house of my Eco Lifestyle Sim and make this. I put a few in the fridge and clean the rest up but it is annoying. Idk why they do it either.
