Why The Sims Keeps Brewing De Stressing Concoction?

I wonder why the Sim keeps brewing de-stressing concoction when I never told them to do so? and also I did not give them any autonomy to do any actions on their own because I set the autonomy in game ...

I collect them all using a sales table and then sell them. It's like free money.
