Why won't father winter give gifts to toddlers?
I'm just really confused. Of all the sims in the game to not give gifts to, the little ones? Its weird that they can ask for presents and never get one and so they always have terrible holidays!

I wonder if it's to do with the level of communication skill the toddler has. Just a thought. :)
