Will the new Celebrity EP have apartments?

The leaked screenshots from Simscommunity clearly show a new city world. I am super excited to get a new city! But I can't help but wonder whether this city will have apartments. It would be weird to not have apartments in a city world, but if apartments are added, it will probably be recycled from City Living and this might upset CL owners.

What do you think?

Update:
Origin's leaked description:
Reach for the stars

Rise to stardom as an actor or influencer and navigate the wild turns of wealth and fame. Audition for career-making roles, attend wardrobe fittings, buy a mega mansion & cruise through Del Sol Valley in style.

The "mega mansion" part probably means that we are getting Hollywood Hills type mansions, as some of you suggested. It makes sense. Will probably also show off the new terrain tool!

Update 2:
Yup, no apartments. The world is split into two districts: moderately affordable houses and super lavish celebrity mansions.
  • I think it would be interesting having both choices, apartments for whom is starting in the acting career, and earn less money, and as you get more famous yo can apply for better living options like the mansion on the hills, in my opinion...

I don't think so, it looks like the city will be in the background and the playable and buildable areas would be like the hills that look over the city. A very Hollywoodesque vibe.
If as I imagine, the city will be just a background, I plan on pretending it is San Myshuno and the this new world is for the San Myshuno upper class/celebrities

I pretend that SM is more New York or Tokyo and the new world will be L.A. or Hollywood.

I own city living and regret ever buying it. I pretend SM does not exist. makes me want to play Bridgeport in the sims 3 just looking at SM.

I find its illusions and backdrops underwhelming compared to a proper large city like Bridgeport or legacy Ireland 3

I hated Bridgeport -- it was too big, and the routing was so funky I'd send my Sim to the "hot spot" only to have him/her arrive in time for last call and the place was dead.

I don't see SM style apartments in the new pack -- there might be kind of a low rent district with small residences for people starting out on the fame ladder (I might build a few with the cracks and holes from Vampires and JA, for example, and use lot traits like Creepy Crawlies and Filthy) but no actual apartments. I'll probably use existing worlds as well for my fame-pursuing Sims; Oasis Springs already has a Palm Springs or Inland Empire vibe to it so maybe my Sims will live there and commute to the new world, and of course I can have some wealthier areas where my celebrities can live when they get tired of the rat race.
  • Penthouses maybe, as they are really just a regular lot on top of a shell. Apartments are definitely a no.

I rarely played in Bridgeport because it made the game even slower and more laggy than it already was. I just placed apartments in other worlds instead.

I do play in San Myshuno occasionally but I still wish we could build our own apartments.
