Will the rats, roaches, and leaking pipes ever stop? (Resolved w/Mod! Updated Orig Post.)

I'd keep an eye out for mods for this. I'm hoping in the future that maybe McCommand or something will be able to remove it just because I like to be able to control MY GAME. In the meantime- I've found that putting something solid in front of the mouse hole stops the mouse from coming out- at least it worked for one of the holes in my apartment-lol. I'm going to try it on the other one just to test, although I really like the effect still. I live in a really nice area and every time they build a house around here or work on the drains we get mice in the garage- so it is kinda realistic and fun. As far as everything else like bug and breakage- that's pretty real too, although I still think you should have the option to change it at will.
