Will the rats, roaches, and leaking pipes ever stop? (Resolved w/Mod! Updated Orig Post.)

Placing objects in front of the hole didn't work for either. I found out the hard way. She was late for work messing with rats and roaches. *sigh*

The gnomes fixed something overnight but idk what they fixed. Might be on to something here but they still creep me out. :)
