you guys are talking about the critters....... i was so excited about this EP just to find out i cant build my own apartments - i wanted to do up newcrest with these really nice complexes \ hostel like buildings and i cant:( sigh, Sims 4 is not making me happy and i am wasting so much money on this game. i love sims but sims 4 is making me really sad and regretting buying the packs and so on. i hope you guys solve your critter problem - wrt your landlord, pity you couldnt be the landlord then you could make an awesome apartments and make friends with your tenants and just be a great landlord that you apartments are sought after all the time then you could expand to more apartments and you make tons of money as your tenants are always happy. Sad so sad
