Will the rats, roaches, and leaking pipes ever stop? (Resolved w/Mod! Updated Orig Post.)

Yes I'm perfectly happy with this work around that I don't have an urgent need to unlock the trait. Placing objects in unnatural places was an issue for me too. I just want to put things where I want to. ;)
