Assuming the console versions are essentially the same as the PC version ( minus cheat codes and the ability to mod it ), nope. Sure, there might be something to separate the console version from the PC version ( such as the Sims 3 where in the console, there were certain magical abilities you could use ), but that's not enough to make the console version exceed the value of modding the game.
I'm not even entirely sure why console versions of these games are necessary, excluding those that don't have a PC, but have just a console.
