Will you buy Sims For Rent?

I have pre-ordered it already. I think it’s the fact that you can have one of your tenants break in to one of your other tenants property. I’m just hoping this could be burglars coming back to the game ? also the fact that you can be a landlord of multiple properties. The new death is good as well I mean I thought the sims would never have made a death that actually can happen in real life ?
