I like the idea that sims wouldn't be affected by weather effects when they're exercising or that the effects would be much slower. It might be better than sims not jogging at all.
Since I'm a bit deviant by nature, I played a couple of days in Windenburg modern district during winter. I saw a couple of sims turning pale, but they made it out in time. I know this is an actual problem, but if anyone wants to make the most of it, now it's the time.
