Nothing changed in my game. I turned on weather effects just to see if it keeps happening. Here it is, his mother froze to death yesterday, now his turn.
He is the brother of my currently played sim who also died yesterday ( from laughter), but she was spared after pleading. Even their ghost dog came to check what is happening.
