Okay interesting results... I deleted some CC such as skins, skin details etc. I started again in spring but this time instead of living in Willow Creek, I moved in to BB. It started with tons of rain. I mean the calendar is literally full of rain the first week :open_mouth:
I played a couple of sim days and I saw just 1 Jogger, maybe I missed the others. It was Marcus Flex. His skin was blue already. But he did not die. So no idea if Willow Creek would be any different. However I know there are more joggers in that neighborhood.
Edit: something else though. The joggers who died in WC were all jogging, they were not engaged in talking with anyone.
