With no warning my mom sims died of laughter. I am so mad.

I don’t really have a problem with emotional deaths. Haven’t had a sim die by accident yet. It’s entirely preventable as well by sending your sim to sleep it out or calming them down via mirror.

In fact I’d say deaths are far too hard to achieve. I appreciate people don’t want their sims life to be taken away by chance but it adds more potential storytelling and makes interesting scenarios. Also with a bit of work you can resurrect them. Making a sim deliberately die just...doesn’t feel right.
