You can but only in un-patched base game.
The command is testingcheatsenabled true without boolprop in TS3 but you don't need it for trying for a baby with the Grim Reaper. That said, it's still much easier with cheats (for having him appear on your lot without having to kill somebody every time). But not impossible without.

I had one sim gal that managed to befriend/seduced the Reaper. He even asked her out on a date!! But I was soooo bummed you couldn't even woohoo with him. Major downer. :/

They should have an option to Woohoo with the reaper, but if you do, the sim dies afterwards. And then it gives a message, "You flirted with death one too many times." XD

In my game I think he's been stalking my Alien Sim. He shows up everywhere she goes at night. Kind of creepy but it's kind of intriguing and i'm tempted to see where it goes.

And just now at the Quarter Inn Bar.

Grim hangs out at the gym A LOT in my game and goes fishing on a daily basis as well, for both fish and souls (lol!).

I wish there were some unlockable outfits for Grimbo for the various categories.
I hate the overlapping outfits he ends up with when he goes to the Spa and wears a towel over his robes, or a formal suit and robes (pic related)

Grim should really be allowed to woohoo. It's such a popular player challenge, but it's so buggy. He needs some special outfits and some better genes.
Have you seen him without his robes? Ugly as sin. You've really gotta pray that YOUR Sim's genes are the dominant ones.

in ts2 and 3 my sim had kids with the grim reaper lmao

Well... she got his friendship and romance maxed but no woohoo option. What a let down..

Maybe it will come out if they do a supernatural sims pack. That would be nice.
