I was the same when I got Get to Work. Just four lots in Magnolia Promenade? FOUR LOTS! I was shocked for a couple of minutes, since I expect more, so much more.
I really hope the Gurus see and take note of this thread. The world's need to be bigger! It's insane how small the worlds in Sims 4 are, at the current rate, I just call them neighborhoods, not worlds.
Given that this game isn't an open world, there should be no excuse to add more lots to a world. Bring worlds that have more than 40+. 15-20 is extremely tight.
