Would you be okay with more EPs without worlds?

I just really want a new world with lots of new families to play with... Brindleton Bay is very pretty and I like it a lot but there are only 2 familes and 1 single sim. I want something like Windenburg in terms of families and lots. I would be satisfied for a while if the next EP after seasons added a world like that. I know not everyone plays with the premades so this is just my opinion.
