I like the idea, I do agree with changing the term, because I too looked at it and it sounded like a occult name.
I am not sure what people don't like about it. It would only be in your own game. so if you don't want a Christian group so to say, then don't name it that. there would be nothing to discuss as there would be no church if you don't want a church.
I make a church in my towns. Does that bother you, does it bother your religion, no because you are not playing my game. You know nothing about it.
I do not see any religious emblems in what he is talking about.
Will my sims be talking to you, no, my sims don't even know your sims.
I do like the idea, and you can use it so many ways, Boy Scouts, is one way. hold a camp out. Garden Club, cooking clubs, etc. It would be so neat to meet other sims that are in the club or wanting to join. Seeing a flower in their bubble stating they like it or a line through it saying no way and waving their hand to stop talking about it. hating gardening or cooking, that would be neat.
My sims would not be converting you or your sims to anything because they are only approaching sims in my game.
So I see no problem.
The only thing, so to say you would see is, on the phone or computer is do you want to start a club. yes or no. Do you know what kind of club I would be holding, no, your not in my game.
How in the world would that offend anyone.
I like the idea. wow, so many ways to use it.
