Would you like having part time careers in the game?

Idk why but I've always wondered why only the teens can have part time jobs. I'd kind of like it if I could a create slacker-y sim, for example, who wastes his young adulthood stuck in a part time job...

I think Bienchen83 keeps it updated, I haven't checked in a few months but it used to work recently.
