Would you like Open Neighborhoods?
As the title says... I wouldn't mind Open Neighborhoods. o:)

I don't want open worlds, but I'm open to open neighbourhoods. Could be fun, talking about 2-8 lots being open (I think that covers the neighbourhood sizes we have). But I'm thinking it would bring problems to how the community lots are populated. So now while writing I've became more unsure.
