I would love something like this but not just for poor sims but also for basement and/or garage hangouts for teens, similar to Eric's basement in That 70's Show or something. I think it would also push me out of my comfort zone of building "pretty" houses. This type of furniture would also be good for fixer-upper houses as well. So many possibilities.
