Heck no. I'm tired of them taking things from packs that people paid for with their hard earned money and putting it in the game for free. Hot tubs were like the major promoted item from Perfect Patio, removing that and adding them to the BG will essentially make that pack have nothing going for it and be a giant middle finger to anyone who bought the pack for that reason. If people want hot tubs, they can buy them from the already existing pack for them.
And I say all of this as someone who didn't intentionally get the pack just for the hot tubs.
