This is a tough one. I was super excited about Tartosa when it came out but it fulfills my expectations only to some degree. It's very quiet and rather empthy. My favourite lots are the beach lot and the one up the hill. Some of the lot sizes are a bit weird. Still it has the scenery, it has the beach + swimming, it has the little shops and it has the bottle collection. The vibes are there. I like it, but I don't love it as much as I expected. Also personally I fell in love with the CAS one once I tried it, almost all of the dresses are very sophisticated and mature.
