Imagine you can either be a super hero or villian

Superpower will come with a many powers to pick from.Each time you level up ,you get picked a power .They have skill tress like werewolves and vampires.

Hero or villian reputation. The reputation depends on your actions.Are you using powers for good or evil

You can stop robberies, rescue pets,children from danger and fight super villians .Super villians can steal or cause destruction and chaos.Rob a bank ,use ray gun,to set sims on fire.

Make a team like the club system Collaborate with other supers as group.Fight crime or do crime together.

Secret identities. Tell other s if you are a superhero or villian.

Cas with a lot of costumes inspiration from cartoobs,comics and anime

A city  that looks bustling that has mostly apartments and few house .There is also a bank.

So that's my thought.
