The items are under activities. You can check the city living pack so that you can easily find them. There are two yard sale stands, one for items which can be put on a surface, another for paintings and photos which can be mounted on the wall .
You need tp first tend the table and then click the stand to start a yard sale!
You can also set the profit margin! It works for me, I can earn money with it!
