yard sales home business!

I might be a bit slow here but I just discovered the flee market table can be used at home to start a yard sale!!!! I am so excited it feels like I can have a home business!! Thank you City Living :) If anything this is the most amazing item that makes the whole pack worth it!

If you did not already know, go try it out, it is quite cool :) Happy Simming :)

    Yeah, I use the stands a lot. I just send my sim digging around for collectibles, she paints and gardens, then sells all the items right in front of her home at the 300% price markup lol. Makes a decent living from the profits.

    I ve just had my sim bake lots of cupcakes then had the kids sell them on the table at the flea market. 300 percent markup too!

    I did the exact same thing! I did a rags to riches challenge and used the painting display until she had enough money for a shop :)

    My Sim really starting raking in the money after I sent her on vacation to learn the schematic for the sculpture in Granite Falls. I make a few on the woodworking table, then have a yard sale with a 25% markup and she makes a huge profit.

    I have one family where the dad digs up collectibles and the son sells them to their neighbours :smile: He has kept three MySims trophies that were his favourites. He also kept some treasure maps because he is hopeful they might lead to a buried chest full of gold.

    Tell me more about this "schematic in Granite Falls" thing? Never heard of it!
