I saw people linking them on twitter.

I have never been a fan of the sims marketing videos but in this one they don't even show the actual game. I think they should have just skipped the weird transition to those 3D models.

There is also plenty of stuff they could have chosen but they went with deep diving, which is not in the game for the second ad?

The living room one is the only one that's actually doable in game, if you remove the fact that a realtor with clients just walked in. The water world one is the absolute worst and the reason a lot of countries do have laws against false advertising. The mermaid bath is almost true, but you can't snack or brush your teeth in the tub, although, you can do those things in game, just not all at that same time. :/

To be fair though, you can brush your teeth and eat at the same time in the game (yes, it's disgusting) but you can't do it in the bathtub, you can drink and take a bath at the same time though.

Point being that’s a major false advert. There is no under water living, yeah I get your point about you can’t multitask doing those things, but the whole water life is not at all possible.

Yeah they could have gone with seasons or pets related stuff instead of that. It's bizarre lol

But I love the way the sims look in those ads.

The Waterworld feels like they are taunting the players who wanted underwater lot for mermaid :D
