Not so - there are many - MANY Sims 4 team members you've probably never met as they chose not to be Sims Gurus and if they are not Sims Gurus they never have to talk to us at all or be introduced. The sheer vast numbers of the Sims teams for computer are huge - several hundred - but overall I think less than 50 of the many people who makes our game ever decide to interact with us at all or to accept being Sims Guru's. The only one that actually needs to be a Sims Guru is the community manager and any employee of Maxis that is needed to communicate between players and the Sims teams for some reason or other. Believe me you have never met many, many devs, engineers, artists, project managers, animators, programmers, designers for various aspects of the game because they do not have to introduce themselves to you or even acknowledge what they do or say anything at all. JUst keep in mind the ones you know and see - are the smallest amount of the people who actually make this game - but on the good side they are the friendliest usually of the team that actually want to talk with the people they make the game for.

One way to see a lot of the people who work on this game you have probably never knew is check the credits of each game to see who worked on it. Every single person that works on a Sim game is listed in it's credits.
