We have no idea who these new employees will be or what their skills will be like. If the new employees are not at the top of their game, the game will suffer, and the players will be upset.

So, maybe these job openings do mean that the Sims will go on for a time, but do you really think that anything will get better? My fear is it will get worse, unfortunately.
