Basically if your Spellcaster has stacks in their inventory it will likely crash the game. My Spellcaster was quietly stacking shelves with the rare crystals when I started crashing and my Xbox Series X rarely ever crashes...my poor baby!
I'm switching to a mortal Sim to run my jewellery shop to make sure she's not affected too.
Also I have a shopping mall that sells the rare crystals so if you can't find the Alexandrite in the jungle (you can buy the other one, Amazonite on the PC) it's in the Gallery and it's called Newcrest Galleria I think 🤔. It also has the Sixam Crystals.

I have just looked at your build Newcrest Galleria on the gallery @simsplayer818 and it is very great! 🙂 You have designed it so very well! It is very helpful with the many displays of items to buy. It will be a great place to buy crystals as well as many other items.

- @rosemow Thanks! It's for Sims who aren't collectors to get items they would never usually find. Especially the jungle ones and Sixam ones.
