Your Collector Sim's Private Museum

OH! And another great thing is that you can edit/build onto the building while your sim is on the lot and it won't deduct from your household funds. That way you can make changes to the building while still keeping your sim there with all their collectibles in their private inventory to put up when you finish tweaking the build. It's very easy to go back and forth from live mode to build mode on this community lot. I learned that while testing the place out with my sim Bob Builder.
