Hmm. I'm actually not sure! I'll have to test that out. I think that I'm only being billed for the private home. The sim I am using is living with the Goths and I figured they just had expensive bills because they live in such an opulent mansion. I will have to test this out further, I'll move my tester sim Nani Maid to an empty lot and see if she still gets charged a lot for her bills.
