So I don't know about you guys, but if there's one thing I love about playing Sims, it's storytelling. And for me, with storytelling comes the pressure of taking the most meaningful screenshots I can - I want them to be able to tell the story all by themselves. Taken meaningful and aesthetically beautiful screenshots in-game has become so important to me that I actually have to take pictures of everything lol; now, if only I were as good at real life photography. :lol: If there's another thing I love about Sims, it's to go on the forums and look at other Simmers' amazing storylines and screenshots! This got me wondering, what are your most precious and meaningful screenshots? They don't have to be aesthetically beautiful - my first screenshots were all taken with graphics on low - but they can be. If you don't mind sharing, I would love to see some of your all-time favorite screenshots. :blush: I know that there are some other screenshot-focused threads out there, but from what I've seen most tend to focus on the story behind the screenshots. While this is also very interesting, I'd love to have one thread dedicated to the beauty of screenshots themselves, which are not to be underestimated when it comes to storytelling. I have a few. Probably my most memorable ones are when I did the hi-jacking of 06Bon06's Golluma and Blunote. These were their avatars and I took both of them ( with their permission ) and did a whole story. Low graphics really doesn't matter to me! That first screenshot I posted was made with low graphics as well - in fact, my favorite Sim's entire childhood has only low-quality screenshots. Doesn't make 'em any less meaningful to me. :)@Gruffman Very interesting storyline you have going on! Love the expressions of your Sims in your screenshots. They're so telling. Those pictures of your old couple... really no captions needed - just those pictures had me tear up. And then the kid with the thought bubble... Salim Benali in that outfit had me lol. :lol: Your screenshots are captured so beautifully - even without going into the aesthetics, they're amazing. But the aesthetics, though... Wow. How do you do that? O: I could only wish to ever take screenshots like that. You have any tips to share? :flushed: Do you use Photoshop? I'm honestly amazed by these pictures. Just wow. On a completely unrelated note, that Sim on your fifth screenshot is really, really handsome lol. By the way, don't hesitate to send more screenshots! I was struggling to select from my 1000+ screenshots just as much, hehe.

These are my child Sims; I wanted them together but they ultimately ended up marrying other people after she rejected him when he finally asked her to be together officially. :(

@brendhan21 You're right, those Sims of yours turned out super pretty! I'd be so happy if my Sims turned out that well lol... the teen Sim with Max in my pictures is also one of my born in-game teens and I love the way she turned out... but I've also had my fair share of, well, Sims who wouldn't win in a beauty contest let's just say. That girl in your last picture looks exactly like the type of girl everyone likes, so that's awesome!

Yeah, they do kind of look like pre-teens there, don't they? :sweat_smile: I don't actually have any cc or mods or anything except for MCCC so these are just normal kids. Guess it's the expression on my Sim's face that makes her look older - I loved that screenshot because of the way she looks at best friend Max... that's the moment I realized there was definitely something there between them; at least, for her. She was actually the prettiest child Sim I've ever seen... she just worked so well as a child that I was very much reluctant to age her up to teen lol.
