You're Invited To A Wedding!

I was thinking that it would make sense to prolong the young adult and/or adult life stages a little so there's enough time for raising children after university and extended wedding celebrations.

These are what I was hoping for if we ever got a wedding pack, but I doubt that most of them will be coming...

More romance options before the wedding, such as new date venues
Shopping for rings, the wedding dress etc
Ability to invite whole families, even if some members are not yet known, plus sims only known to future spouse
A selection of tiered wedding cakes
Wedding photographer, with couple and wedding group shots
Bridesmaids/page boy/best man
Proper veils and gorgeous attire
Walking down the aisle with a bouquet
Guests sitting and reacting to ceremony
Choice of sit-down meal with waiters/waitresses or buffet
Speech
Dancing properly (facing other sims) and slow dancing for couples
Slow dancing for an adult and child together, maybe the kid dancing on the adults feet
Dancing with a toddler, holding them in arms
Going off on a honeymoon, with a honeymoon world

I ll be joining Tuesday. I hope the reveal trailer is atleast 1 minute and 30 seconds and detailed.

They have but generally it's the Gameplay Trailers however I don't think they ll have time to do one of those for this pack.

You mean, 4-9 minutes? ? The invitation is for a trailer, yes? Not livestream? I have never seen a game trailer that is 1 hour+ long. (Though that would be like a livestream at that point, which would be great to see! ?)

Why not just set the lifespan to long or simply turn off aging?

For people who play generational games, long lifespan is too long (and aging off obviously is). You never get to future generations at all, unless you manually age Sims up with birthday cakes.

Some people who play generational games do opt to go the cake route, but some of us like there to be actual symmetry in terms of how all the Sim's ages progress rather than progress being different from Sim to Sim just based on when we decided to use a cake.

Fingers crossed for bouquet throwing, bachelor parties, wedding venue lot types, gorgeous new world with a nice assortment of small and large lots, lots o' new wedding dresses AND VEILS, new wedding rings, honeymoons, large wedding parties, plan for expensive or cheap weddings!! I havent looked forward to a pack in a loooong time so Ive got my hopes high, but from what we've seen so far Im ready to add this to my game asap!
