This was a thread on the old Vanilla forums a VERY long time ago, and I thought that I'd bring it back again!
I won't be dogmatic but, can we please keep replies to one line? Feel free to post often, though!
Okay, I'll start:
You've played the Sims 4 too much when you keep looking for plum bobs above everyone's heads
...You see an interesting person in real life and think to yourself, "I think I can re-create that look in CAS!"
You start taking pictures of your hair in different lights and putting them next to pictures of sims 4 hair colors, only to discover that two different shades of sims 4 blonde match your hair color exactly in different lights, and you send that layout of matched up pics to everyone you know...because of course they are as invested as you are in making a sim self with exact color coordinations
...when you realise that you're doing the 'tired walk'.
When you watch a classic Linda Carter's Wonder Woman show on YouTube & think, that's why sims spin when they change their clothes. And then think, shall I make a Wonder Woman sim?🤣
Oops, I do that way too often. I need to remember sleep is important lol.
When you get excited any time you see an item irl that is also in the sims.
To hubby: "my sims have got one of those!!!!!" squeals
Hubby: *yawns and rolls eyes*
When you need to google something and type ts4, and realize your mistake only because the results make no sense 😭The amount of times I've done for work related issues🤦♀️
When you spend all day mooching around the shops, looking for a pair of sandals you saw in the sims.
