No there’s no family living in the lot. I’ve just recently removed all my mods and deleted and re downloaded sims so everything is from a clean slate!
@0269588 Try what happens if you put a Family to the Lot first, and after that, place the house.

- @0269588 When you download a house from another creator that uses CC, you need to have all CC that the creator used to build that house.
