Hi guys! This really bothers me, but what's a .rar file?

It's the same a zip file only it was compressed with a program called Winrar. You should be able to open it with whatever zip program you use.
My computer gives me the choice to extract when I click a zip file, so I don't need a program... Do I just use Winrar to let it work?
